“They have literally thought of everything with this property. From providing detailed instructions on how to get there to all the facilities including slippers, dressing gowns, steamer, all the toiletries you could need, thick fluffy towels, you name it!
It’s also in a super convenient location a stones throw from the Arena du Verona (colosseum).
Unfortunately we had a bad night sleep as we could’ve done with a duvet rather than a sheet (throws are provided though) and the mattress didn’t suit……

The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.”
