“The property is located in a beautiful garden setting. It is spacious and is very close to the subway. The building staff is very kind and helpful. Unfortunately we could not get past the smell of cigarette smoke. The place needs a good cleaning. Even though we left the windows open to air it out the smoke is in all the towels, furniture etc. i loved Beijing, I would sleep elsewhere. ”

“Fantastic condo on the 17th floor with great views. Corrinne was very helpful/patient with our issues with the unfamiliar washer/dryer combo. The front desk clerks even came up to see if they could help. Very close to the 14 metro and was able to get everywhere in town. As a side note: it takes almost 3 hours to dry a load of laundry so plan accordingly. And if you like hot showers you’ll have to turn the right knob towards you past the 37 C mark and run the water for about 10 minutes before it...
