“The location was good the pool was lovely. The apartment was not equipped as well as we expected it to be. Ie there was no way to strain pasta or potatoes etc. many of the dishes were all odd! We had lovely local traditional bread but no bread knife. I think the kitchen utencials etc needs revisiting. There was a broom and small brush but no dustpan to gather the crumbs etc.The general cleanliness was fine however the shower curtain in areas was black. The biggest thing was that the toilet seat……

“Villa Bahamas was perfect for our family holiday. The villa was spacious, clean and very well equipped. The games room and pool were a big hit with everyone, and the location was excellent, just a short walk from the beach, restaurants and shops. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return.”

We complained to Hostwise on 7th June and were told that our request for a refund of some of the cost……

“The accommodations were great and exactly what I was looking for during my family’s vacation. A little town that wasn’t a tourist trap and had all the accommodations we needed. There were multiple cafes close by and we were only 15 minutes to a beach. The pool was refreshing and needed as we visited during an early heat wave. We ended up extending our stay for 3 extra days with no problem. Local restaurants were also amazing. My only complaint was parking was a pain. We will definitely be……
