“Das Objekt liegt direkt an einer vielbefahrenen Straße mit losen Kanaldeckeln (enorme Lärmbelastung). Man ist Selbstversorger, allerdings steht zum Kochen nur ein Topf und eine Pfanne zur Verfügung. Es sind weder Geschirrtücher noch sonstige Reinigungsmittel vorhanden, es fehlen auch sonstige Aufbewahrungsmöglichkeiten. Alles muss in den Kühlschrank. Die Einrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen, die Möbel tragen deutliche Gebrauchsspuren und haben Flecken. Ein Anstrich wäre auch von Nöten. Am Pool……
