Escape to our luxurious, newly built villa at Greenvale Villas, finished in 2024 with a sleek modern concrete design. Situated in the serene and scenic area of Chloraka, near Paphos, this detached villa provides top-tier comfort and a captivating view of the Mediterranean Sea, just 900 meters away. Indulge in peaceful surroundings, state-of-the-art amenities, and spectacular sea views for a perfect holiday.

*The house*
Furnished with modern elegance, the villa guarantees a comfortable and luxurious experience. Large windows in the bright rooms allow ample natural light and showcase magnificent views of the sea. Blinds and full-length curtains ensure privacy and darkness for a peaceful night’s sleep.

Enjoy air conditioning, heating for colder months, and Wi-Fi access throughout the villa.

The ground floor features a spacious living/dining area with direct access to a covered terrace, perfect for relaxing by the pool. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with essential electrical appliances and various kitchen utensils. The living area includes a large TV for your entertainment needs. A guest WC adds to the convenience.

The upper floor offers a spectacular sea view and hosts two air-conditioned bedrooms, each furnished with a cozy double bed (160 x 200 cm) and built-in wardrobes. Real wooden flooring spans the entire upper level, contributing to a warm and inviting ambiance.

Modern Accomodation

A first for us but we definately made the right choice. Very modern Accomodation, great facilities, including our own pool. On a practical side dishwasher, washing machine. Air conditioning throughout. Really good service from the host, very quick to reply with any questions we had. Well located with only short drive to local supermarkets and restaurants. Would recommend fully. had.
