“Very friendly and helpful staff throughout the resort including the pro shop at the golf course.
Room was exactly as pictured and expected ! Breakfast choices were plentiful. Beaches were spectacular , and for someone that has been coming down to STX for 30 years - among the best on the island. All of the restaurants were excellent and we ate at all of them. The Welcome Experience on Tuesday night and meeting the owner was refreshing and perfect. The Buccaneer is a must stay!”

“This was nothing like the photos and very disappointing. The room was moldy and dark. The safety latch on the door was broken and so was the lock. We put things in front of the door while we slept because it didn't feel safe there. There were several men wandering the property and we didn't know if they worked there or not. I opened the curtains to the patio in the morning to check the view and their was a guy sitting outside the window eating his breakfast. When we went for coffee and……

“Absolutely gorgeous boutique hotel, the rooms were beautifully decorated, this hotel is mostly for couples, if you are planning to go with friends I advise you to make sure there are double bed rooms available (this was my mistake, not theirs), the owners are amazing, very approachable and quick to respond, EXCELLENT customer service.”

“We rented the apartment named "The view". The name couldn't have been more accurate. This apartment had a beautiful view of the bay and buck island. We had a super smooth check in and check out. Place was very clean and the host even had snacks and drinks waiting for us when we arrived. All in all this was a very nice place to stay and well worth the money. I would recommend this place.”
