“Amelia was an absolutely amazing host! She generously allowed us to host our wedding on her beautiful property and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for our special day. Her helpfulness, communication, and hospitality made the entire experience stress-free and unforgettable. We cannot thank her enough for sharing her property with us. Highly recommend!”

“It's a up stairs apartment. The property is lovely, very quiet, and private.”

“Well stocked clean house. Very cute eclectic decorating. We loved that it was not close to the road.”

“Home was well stocked with everything you could need in the kitchen, towels, bedding, etc. The only thing is that the listing says that it can sleep six people which is possible, but I would recommend no more than five adults or four adults and either two kids on the pullout couch or one adult. There was a pack and play if you had an infant, which could be the sixth person, but definitely would be uncomfortable for two adults to be on the pullout sofa as it’s not a regular pullout sofa with a……

“Pamela’s basement suite was very clean and comfortable. She communicated quickly and easily with us. The suite had everything we needed and was very spacious. ”

“The property was exactly as described. Everything we needed was on site. The owner communicated check-in details the day before our arrival date so there was no guesswork. This was our first VRBO experience and it was great. We visit the area twice a year, and we will be staying here again next spring.”

“The property was exactly as listed. Very responsive communication from the owner.”

“We were on the way to visit my father at his home with hospice care, and we got a message from the host that the house was not available, and they would work on getting us a refund. Could not get another place to stay, as same day was too late. Super disappointed.”

“Functional and straightforward stay.”

“What a wonderful place to stay in Amelia. We enjoyed this spot so much. Pristine cleanliness, everything you could image needing or wanting and an awesome space for enjoying hanging around the house with family. Can’t wait to stay here again in the future while we are visiting our son at HSC.”

“The place was closed and under renovation. We didn’t find out until we got there.”

“Great backyard and porch. We loved it!!!”

“Microwave in the room proved useful for those late night cravings!”

“Absolutely amazing. Imagine fishing right on the boat. We had the privilege of experiencing the Yacht and the Houseboat. The Houseboat was our favorite but the best fishing was off the Yacht. We really enjoyed ourselves and we will return again! Thank you Captain Ron for being a superb host and an overall pretty fantastic guy!!!”

“We liked the coziness of the boat, the views of the river, the surrounding areas were beautiful. The only negative thing we could say was that due to the ran/wind the boat creaked and it made it hard to sleep for one of our nights.”

“We needed an extended stay due to a military move and they were fantastic at helping us get booked for the dates we needed. The property was very clean, nicely appointed with comfortable beds/bedding and in a fantastic location. It had all the comforts of home that we needed as we completed our move.”

“The house is larger than it appears in the photos and has everything you would need. We were in town for our daughter's wedding and we filled the house with the Bridal party and our family. There is soo much character everywhere in the house. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were large, the kitchen had every amenity I could ask for. Our POC for the house, Megan, was soo accommodating. The wedding date shifted by 2 months when the military had other plans for her fiancé, and we were……
