“We only stayed one night, but the whole experience was exceptional. The receptionists were welcoming and friendly and even upgraded us on arrival which was amazing. They were so accommodating, it was a joy to stay there. If I’m back that way again, I’ll definitely be staying again and highly recommend”

“If you need good Internet avoid this hotel. Its the worst Internet I've experienced in a "1st world" hotel. Been here 4 times over 3 months for work and it's been absolutely abysmal. Their connectivity fluctuates wildy and constantly drops. Speed is non existent. I've had to use mobile data for 3 out of 4 trips. Truly pathetic. Complaints to management is pointless. They do nothing. The main plus about this place is the gym. And the restaurant is good. Internet absolute muck!!!”

“When we entered our assigned room, it smelled off. We opened the bathroom door and the entire ceiling and some of the wall was covered in clearly visible black mold. We returned to the front desk to ask for another room. They were very helpful. The manager showed us to a new room which was much better, but how do you allow a room to look like that and then try to rent it out? Even though they were accommodating, that put a bad taste in our mouths for the rest of our stay.”

“Mixed experience. Staff were great and overall property was fine. Location good. However water and coffee/milk/sugar in our room on arrival wasn’t replenished during our 3 night stay. Rooms are on the small side. The biggest issue we had is that we couldn’t get back into the room on our last night as somehow the security latch managed to activate itself, which should be impossible. Staff were great dealing with the issue but had to use hammer and chisel to obtain access, took about 30 mins.……

“It’s not a hotel, it’s student housing. The staff was very friendly, but gives dorm room vibes. Wasn’t a terrible stay, but would choose differently if we came to cork again. No parking so plan on spending around 40 euro a day on the nearest car park.”
