I was hesitant to choose this location as it didn't have any reviews, but I needn't have worried. As an out-of-towner, it's a little intimidating not knowing the neighborhood, but it seemed like a decent college neighborhood. The unit itself was sparsely decorated, but it had the basic necessities (tp, shampoo, drinking glasses, etc.) If you're looking for a cozy, homey feel, this wouldn't be it, but it's a nice walking distance to bars, restaurants, and Xavier.
