The Staff was GREAT ~ everyone was Super friendly and helpful and seemed to enjoy their job. We will Definitely look for a Drury Inn first if we plan to book a hotel. I sure hope All the Staff are as friendly as the folks at Sharonville.

Our air conditioning continually reset to 74 degrees making the room super hot. The food at kickback was lacking options. The cheese had water added to it and the food was not being restocked.

We had a great stay at Drury Inn. As expected, the staff was friendly, the food was good, the hotel was well kept. The only negative was in the pool. Our 5 year old scraped herself multiple times on the very rough steps. She came out of the pool bleeding because they left the rough edge of the tile exposed on the pool steps.

The pros-- it was quiet and check in was easy. The staff was friendly. The cons-- the property itself is outdated and in a sketchy area. For $250 per night it was just meh.

We picked this hotel as a mini honeymoon splurge while in town vending for the Fairy Tale festival at the park. We will ABSOLUTELY come back next year too. The staff were incredible and warm and accommodating. The bed and pillows were SO COMFORTABLE. I almost extended our stay lol! I didnt want to get out of bed!! The breakfast bar was SO tasty and everything was hot and fresh. There was a staff member attending to everything the entire time. I had the biscuits and gravy with scrambled eggs and cheese. I personally didnt get to use my voucher for the drinks they give the adults but my husband did and really enjoyed it! 1000000000 / 10 Definitely will stay again. We drove almost 2 hours to get there and agreed wed come back even just for a stay. OH!! AND the hotel was SO CLEAN and so pretty!! You could tell the staff take pride in their work there.
