Room was fair. However, parts of the room were broken here and there (tiles in the bathroom and grout), same with the breakfast area in the lobby (ceiling leaking). Also, my kids got sick after swimming in the pool. Not sure why but the water was not clear. Overall nice stay but facility has some work to do

Seemed like the overall property could use some upkeep… walls in the room could use cleaning. The front desk attendant was also the cook. Kinda strange. Kids were running up and down the hall and making noise most of the night. Was alright but not the greatest experience. Expected more of this brand hotel.

Breakfast needs an overhaul, no reason eggs should come with peppers and onions and can’t provide any for people with allergies to these items, and hash browns overly seasoned. Besides that this place is an awesome stay, clean friendly staff!

I love the showers in these properties! Bed seemed average to me but the shower alone made it 5 stars. Very clean property and up to date. So many doors downstairs the elevators were not easy to see or find.

staff was excellent!!!!!! did I say Staff was EXCELLENT!!!! clean rooms, fantastic breakfast just wish we had scrambled eggs. but i would stay here again tomorrow just because the excellent staff at the front desk and in the breakfast area!!!! Thank you and Gracias to the young man from Venezuela. Hope the youngland had a good cruise vacation at the front desk!
