This condo is on the 2nd floor so you will have to walk up 1 flight of stairs.

The building still has original windows so please be careful with opening windows and you may hear noises from the street in the living room.

Condo Layout:
The entire living area is on 1 floor. Primary bedroom has a KING memory foam mattress with connected bathroom + bathtub! There is a work desk if you need to work from the condo (with very fast WiFi).
Second bedroom has a comfortable Queen memory foam mattress. We provide 100% cotton sheets and towels.
The second bedroom also has a 50" Smart TV.

The kitchen and bathrooms are fully updated with new appliances and cabinets.

Washer and dryer are available in the master bedroom. We also provide Tide Pods for any emergency laundry needs that come up!


Amenities:
We use cotton or linen blend duvets and 100% cotton sheets on all the beds.

bathroom - Charmin, Pantene/Head & Shoulders shampoo and Olay/Dove body wash
kitchen - Dawn, Bounty, Cascade, & Keurig Starbucks k-cups
all sheets washed in Tide

Other Notes:
For security purposes, a copy of your ID matching the name on the reservation is required to stay with us.

The security deposit is not charged up front. It is only charged if there are damages after the stay and we will notify you of any damages we find within 24 hours of check out.

You will have access to the entire condo. Parking is along the street.
