Great stay at the Eurostar hotel. It’s a 20 min walk from Piazzale Rome, can be a bit challenging if carrying heavy bags. The place was clean, staff were nice. The only thing was that the hotel staff asked us not to use the elevator because someone got stuck in it the other day. So we had to carry our bags to the second storey when checking in and out.

We expected more.

Service & Hospitality -Seamless Arrival: Check-in was fast, straightforward, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. -Attentive Staff: The front desk team was consistently available, proactive, and genuinely eager to assist at every turn. -Coordination & Local Insight: They handled our airport transfers flawlessly, arranged seamless transport to the neighboring islands, and pointed us to fantastic local dining spots that made our trip memorable. Palazzo Dei Fiori delivered top-tier accommodations, prime location, and world-class service. We would rebook without hesitation!!
