“A lovely hotel with an excellent rooftop swimming pool and a convenient location. The staff are friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a great experience!”

“The only thing I didn’t like was the size of the room”

“The friendly staff went above and beyond to make our short stay wonderful. The welcome mimosa to the surprise delivered snack to our room with wine. Our room was not ready when we arruved, when we came back later to get our keys we found they had already brought our kuggage to the room. Beautiful room with amazing views. The beautifully designed pool and sauna was relaxing Location is ideal. Our room was on the plaza and when you closed the doors the sound completely disappeared. They even……

“酒店的位置超級方便，就在我們遊客活動的範圍內的中心，步行基本上去到很多重要的地方。酒店職員也挺友善。”

“The hotel boasts a prime location right on Gran Via. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the air conditioning works exceptionally well, even in the sweltering heat of July.”

“The staff are super helpful and friendly, front desk, concierge and the manager on duty are so efficient and helped us with all our needs”

“員工熱情友善，非常helpful, 地點在SOL 地鐵2~3min 路程，附近有景點飲食，十分方便，房間整潔企理，只是稍為小了點及電梯每次只可承載一人，有點美中不足”

However, one major issue during my stay was the noise level at night. There is a pub located very close to the hotel, and the noise from people talking, laughing, and leaving the venue continued well past midnight. Another concern relates to the design of the washroom area in the room. It does not have a proper door separating it from the……

“Everything is good but hotel located in pedestrian zone so it's inconvenient to carry luggages in and out bcz car can't park in front of hotel door. You have to move your luggages by walking from abt 10-15 mins distance. All the communication exchange by whatsapp ( robot ) , some situations is hard to explain bcz robot can't get it 100% ”
