“This is a traditional, old-style B&B. Unfortunately it's not in great condition.
The rooms are clearly part of the owner's house/living area with the reception being part of their kitchen/living room. The rooms don't feel particularly private given you're right next door to the owners rooms.
The bed was clean but not the most comfy.
There was no air con/fans meaning it was very warm.
There was a significant amount of cob webs.
The rooster woke us up at 4:20am.
Cook to order breakfast was offered……

“We had 2 nights stay at the Royal Swan.
We had a great welcome at check in and the room was spacious with a good bathroom.
It wad very hot while we were there and we would have been grateful for aircon or even a fan.
However it was really good value for money.”
