“It’s a very nice put together area. The outdoor spaces were perfect. The indoor areas were great as well.”

“Great location.”

“This sweet little getaway spot was everything I needed for a 2-day conference nearby. It sports rustic charm and peace and quiet. The kitchen had everything I needed for my first night’s meal (subsequent meals were had away from property). The host offered a variety of snacks, drinks, or even frozen burritos or pizza for purchase by Venmo. The bathroom was clean and the shower had a built in seat. There were also lovely items available in both the shower and bathroom caddy. I didn’t use the……

“Property was clean and inviting and fit our needs perfectly. We enjoyed our stay, thanks!”

“The place was nice but only had one towel. The sheets were not clean. The floor was dusty an I smelled like cigarettes. I texted the host twice and they never responded ”

“We came August 3rd to 4th and wish we could stay longer. It’s absolutely beautiful. We seen a hawk go after a nest and several birds cawing loudly, finally it flew up and about 8 of them went after it! Pretty cool to see. Also lots of ducks swimming up river and then floating down, also very cool. Everything is brand new and very clean, fire pit is awesome! Jay is an Awesome host and we will be back! The Andersen’s”

“The location of this VRBO was great, very close to downtown with parking offerred. However the listing makes the space look nicer than it is. There are dishes provided, however just piled in the corner, cheap dishes. No toiletries included. There were also holes in our drywall.”

“The pictures are exactly correct! It was quiet! And....You are 1 block from downtown. Make sure you visit the Nook bookshop the Readers Cup coffee shop and George's local restaurant! The apartment was clean and we even saw a cleaner in the hall doing the front windows and floor during our stay. The neighbor hood was safe and you get off street parking which is perfect for the busy Saturdays!”

“A great low-cost option in a great location.”

“We had a great vacation! It was a short stay for us. Our kids would have loved to stay longer. We enjoyed the views of the lake and having a private beach area.”

“Very nice, cool, clean with a good location. A little awkward getting in the house due to parking and the steps in would not be good for elderly or handicapped. Very sparse on kitchen equipment-bare minimum. But all in all the beds were nice and shower great.”

“Our stay at this property was terrible. The first thing we noticed was that the picture posted on the VRBO site for the unit we rented for 2 nights is not at all the same unit we had. We were certainly deceived to find that the owners were posting pictures of a beautiful unit to only give you a unit that is a complete dump! The room smelled of smoke. We killed two spiders in the bathtub and found a web of spiders above the TV and on the floor baseboards. The bathroom floor had been painted……

“Amazing property! Very accommodating! Perfect space for what we needed. Hot tub was great! Had a fire in the fire pit.”

“Clean room, no problem checking in and really enjoyed location. Nice not dealing with craziness of hotel happening!”

“Most things were broken and the hosts were near unreachable. Good idea to splurge on something better. ”
