“I checked in at 8 pm.Room is dirty with someone’s hair on the desk and room is filled with someone else’s perfume smell. Toilet still have paper in it. The room card’s demagnetize frequently. I have to go to front desk to reactivate again and again. Happened to have my door card deactivated unfortunately around 1am while getting some ice. No one’s at the reception and no staff is around. Waited there till around 3:15am when the reception lady returned from somewhere. Definitely terrible……

“I and three colleagues booked a room on Hotels.com on April 29, but on May 13 (after 10:30 pm) the three colleagues were suddenly told that there were no rooms available and no alternative accommodation was arranged.
