“Arrived in a rare rainstorm. First room assigned to me had a bullet hole in the window that let water in, which pooled on the table and floor- not good. Was told that all the windows on that side of the building leaked water. I arrived early, so other rooms were available. My alternate room was just fine, newer locking window, good screen, good location so my truck was outside of the window. Room was clean, tidy, everything was fine for a budget room.”

“What an amazing place! However, neither my wife nor I could sleep very well on the bed because of the mattress. I finally got up in the middle of the night to sleep on the couch. Other than that, we loved the place.”

“The meteor shower and start gazing were incredible! Very friendly, kind, and helpful hosts! Would love to have stayed longer”

“Little Gem!!This place was a perfect place!Absolutely everything you need in a “home away from home”! Cozy, comfortable, clean, and the copper tub is the cherry on top!”

“Nice roomy cabin. Host very responsive. Homemade Cinnamon Rolls were great.”

“Looking out the back of our cabin, it was not hard to imagine how the American prairie looked 150 years ago, but with all the modern comforts. This is truly one of the quietest places I have ever been in the entire world. The next time we drive to Colorado, we will make sure our plans include a stop here again. Fantastic cabin and host! ”
