The lobby had a cigarette butt in the floor by my foot and was extremely dirty. While going up to the fifth floor we stopped on three and when the doors opened it smelled like weed so badly that we could have gotten a contact buzz on the elevator. After trying our key about 20 times the door finally opened and first thing we see is the connecting door is unlocked and cracked, paper trash and a room key on the dresser and the beds have clearly been sat/laid on. The window treatments had brown stains all over them and upon testing the AC (it was about 80* in there) the air smelled like mildew. At this point we turned around and left and requested a refund it was so gross, to put it nicely!

I’ve been here for over a month and one constant is having to ask for my room to be cleaned for 4 days in a row before it’s done. Every time. It doesn’t matter if I ask the front desk or speak directly to a housekeeper.

The toilet was broken the only way to flush it was to take the lid off the tank a manually pulls the chain. The toilet ran all night I told the desk when I checked out so it could get repaired.

The property shouldn’t even have one star! The staff is behind glass like you’re at a gas station. As soon as you get to the door of your room it was all scratched up like someone was trying to break into it. The actual room smelled so weird inside. The sheets were wrinkled like they weren’t washed. There was blood on the curtain and the carpet was dirty along with holes in the wall. I didn’t even stay because I was afraid.

We have stayed here for a few times now. And we like it a lot. The rooms are clean, the staff is always kind, and helpful. We even like the location because there are some stores around if you like to have snacks, something to drink besides water. They do have vending machines that are well priced.

The property is clean inside and out. The problem we had was the curtains didn't close at all. Felt like we had no privacy.

We were a group of 4. We checked in pretty late at night. We were the 3rd in the check-in line, and had to wait around 40 minutes in the line. The area didn't seem very safe. The reception area and the rooms had weird bad smell. The lock of the bathroom door was not working. The walls are not sound proof and we could hear guests talking from other rooms late night. Okay for a quick one night stay for reasonable price.
