“We had a wonderful 3-night family stay in Yellow Springs. The house had so much character and charm, with plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. The beds were especially comfortable, making it easy to unwind after a full day of exploring. The location was perfect for enjoying everything the area has to offer. “This is the most uniquely beautiful place to stay. Private and surrounded by beautiful views in all directions. A true blessing for us as we were traveling with dogs who really appreciated the walks outside after long travel days. The cabin is like a little museum and provides a look back in time as you can readily imagine how the original residents lived. Sarah is prompt with her responses and willing to help in any way. The cabin is clean and well stocked. All in all , a wonderful……

“Great house! Very clean and lots of space and amenities.”

“This house was spacious and really well stocked. The yard is meticulously enclosed so your furry friends won’t escape! Situated in a really nice, safe neighborhood with houses spaced well apart. Water pressure in the showers was notably excellent. Overall, a great new listing. I’d definitely go back.”

“Paper thin ceilings and walls. Could hear the neighbors all day and night. Made it hard to sleep. There are lots of cats surrounding the building and on top of any car that parks on the back row. Some man was out sprinkling food along the grass area. Would not stay here again.”

“My family enjoyed our stay very much! The home was clean and we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The decor was thoughtful and made us feel at home. The host’s communication was clear and attentive. This was the perfect place for my family to come together from different t areas for a birthday celebration. We felt right at home.”

“We found the listing of the property to be very accurate. The beds were comfortable and all the improvements made to the house made for a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. There was plenty of parking behind the garage around back. The host was very quick in their responses to any questions that we had.”

“I’ll start by saying Laura, the host, was responsive. However, when I arrived, the rental had flies and had not been thoroughly cleaned. I initially tried to make the best of it since I had already paid in full. The next day, I contacted Laura because the Wi-Fi was unreliable for work and shared photos of several maintenance and cleanliness issues. She apologized, offered a 10% refund, and suggested I contact VRBO for a full refund. After reviewing my photos and messages with Laura, VRBO……
