“The hotel itself is very good. However, the dining room service is terrible. This is the second time that we'e stayed at Kinnitty, and both times it took more than 45 minutes to get our meals. This is unacceptable--no meal should take more than 20 minutes to prepare. The first time we were there, three years ago, we were the first or second to place our order. This time there were many more people in the dining area, but they had all been served already. In neither case should it have taken more……

“Staff was absolutely great. Food was as well. I stayed here for 5 nights but traveled 1800 kilometers around Ireland looking at property for my new home with Dooley’s as home base each night as it’s centrally located. It was perfect and I would stay there anytime.”

“I wanted ground floor unit due to 2 people having mobility issues. sent property a request for this with no reply. arrived to be told on 2nd level with stairs as the only access. asked if we could change to ground level & told no sorry. This made our stay difficult for the ones navigating the stairs with their mobility issues ”
