“A great location - 10 mins from the old town and 5 mins to a tube station. We only used tge tube on one day and walked to everything else. Reception are supposed to be there 7am to 7pm, but seem to wander off! However, they are very speedy to arrive if you WhatsApp or ring the number displayed. It's a small hotel (18 rooms) so that's why there isn't a 24 hour reception. Everything is very new with lovely feather pillows and duvets and a nice bathroom with fluffy towels. Rooms cleaned well……

“The room was freezing, they claimed there is central heating. In fact there was only an air-conditioner with the maximum temperature output at 32 degrees Celsius which the weather reported between 3c to 7c even during daytime. There was only a thin blanket provided. Some of the lighting were not working too. The environment was also very dirty, cockroaches ruining around the apartment. And inside the main entrance as well. Please take this offer out from your list. Absolutely unsatisfied which……

“First off, the staff are excellent. Very friendly and great with tips about what to do. My room was perfect for my 13 day stay, very clean and housekeeping did a great job. Moxy is located where you can walk to attractions plus metro station is close by and easy to use”
