“Our host couple, Gianna and Giuliano are delightful people who love to give personal attention to their guests. They handle restaurant reservation, comfort-enhancing tweaks and the most incredible breakfast of home-make treats we have ever seen! Parking onsite and easy access to Modena make should make this anyone's first choice of accommodation. Bed was super comfortable and large windows give you fresh air or there is A/C if you need it.”

“Our stay was nothing but fantastic. From the moment we checked in. We felt like old friends. The room was extremely clean. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was large by Italian standards. The breakfast was great. Even had eggs made fresh for me.
I cannot recommend this place high enough.”
