Tip- let travellers know that there is no internet access in the village, so to access the codes to allow entry meant going into a hotel and asking to use their WiFi. If I had known I would have screen shotted the codes before arrival. Also, far too hot and unable to figure out using the room temperature controller. Fan on all night but still much too hot. Please leave detailed instructions. Last tip for owners- used by many Cotswold……

However the moment we checked in we went to the spa where the cryotherapy was broken and we couldn’t order any refreshments as the lady said she couldn’t leave her post. “We had previously stayed in the house next door, plus twice more in a different house. So we’re obviously fans of the estate and facilities. 47 was perfect for us, 4 Adults and 2 x 6 year olds. Plenty of space, especially important to have enough bathrooms, as we were two families sharing. Lots of kitchen equipment, big table, comfy sofa. Lots of fun things including the pumpkin trail, swimming, soft play, playground for the kids. Highly recommend, we will definitely return again”
