“Albergo Sala was a unique experience in the small village of Valbrona. It was quiet and not much to do but that's what we were looking for. The staff were excellent and very helpful and the food was wonderful. The inn is historic and has been in the family for a few hundred years! As it is off the beaten track it is advisable to have a car as public transport is infrequent and challenging and taxi service is quite expensive. Aside from that it was a great place to stay a few days.”

“My family loved staying here so much! The staff at the hotel and restaurant were all very friendly. The breakfast was absolutely amazing. We also ate lunch and dinner here a few times, and it was also great. There are quite a few restaurants within walking distance as we did not rent a car. They can help set up hotel transfers, and I’d highly recommend you do this option. We had room 202 next to the pool. This is such a special place.
