“The facility was very nice with large rooms and comfortable appointments. I felt that the front desk was understaffed, and the off site parking was time consuming for them. The restaurant staff were very pleasant and the food was good. My room was not cleaned even after I requested housekeeping at 5pm.”

“Very convenient location, very kind staff and our room was fitted with a ceiling fan so it wasn’t too hot.”

“You’re not able to get ice. Unless you want to blocks to a different hotel. They won’t bring it to you. Air conditioning was turned off. You had to sleep with the Windows open. It was extremely hot in the room. We had requested wake up and a taxi. And when we went downstairs, they said no taxes for today. It’s too early in the morning but we had to leave in the 630 bus. So we ended up having to walk 5 to 6 bucks with luggage at 5:15 in the morning. It was really terrible. Don’t book off-season……
