Just like at a hotel, where you provide your ID and security deposit at the front desk, our check-in process is just as simple—only online! We use a secure system called Happy Guest, where you’ll receive a personalized rental agreement, ID verification, and an optional damage waiver. Once completed, your arrival instructions will be sent right to you.

💡 Important: These steps must be completed to receive check-in details. Skipping them means we can’t provide arrival info, and refunds aren’t possible.

• Smoking: $500
• Parties or events: $1,000
• Unapproved late check out: $50/hr
• The property has a maximum occupancy limit, and exceeding this number may result in penalties. Please ensure that your party stays within the allowed guest limit to avoid any additional charges.
• Damages - subject to the cost of the item for repair or replacement

All guests must be 21 years of age or older to book a stay with us.

We’re happy to welcome up to 2 pets per stay, with a $75 fee per pet. Just a heads up, the price shown in the breakdown is for 1 pet, so if you’re bringing 2, let us know and we’ll update it for you! 😊 Also, we don’t allow cats, sorry! Please message us ahead of time if you plan to bring your pets. Thanks!
