Front desk staff was very nice. The area felt unsafe and parking was terrible. We had to park far from the entrance and carry all of our stuff in because we were nervous that our car was going to be broken into. There were men walkinh around the aarking lot all night. The room was fine for sleeping.

The property is not clean the community area carpets ate filthy. The grounds were also dirty. The cleaners knocked earlier. We asked them to come back before we showered. We asked them to come back. They said no....seriously? Also they charged us 2x the amount that we reserved the room for. I plan to contact the Wyndham Monday!

This place isn’t the best for stay. This is more of a “you pay for what u want” This place customer service isn’t the best. They talk rude and the area around it feels unsafe. They also charge my card 2 times after i checked out and paid for the hotel upon entry. My stay was only $200.38 yet i was still charged an extra $150 on my card. I did not have pets either so i shouldn’t have any extra charges. My room was cleaned up and everything was left how it was before i got there. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you don’t care and want something cheap. Cheap place will give you cheap results.

The lobby is deceiving. The hallways are dirty, no ceilings, second floor smells like cigarettes and body odor. Staff sitting around on the floor talking. Do not recommend for small children or long stays. I requested to see policy that hotels are allowed to authorize stay before arriving especially when you choose the option of pay a property. That option should not be available if there still going to charge your card used on third party website.

Room was nice and clean but the area is rough. We wouldn’t stay in that area again. Staff was friendly but they kept my drivers license so I had to drive back for it. The hotel doesn’t have an elevator and the stairs access was limited so we had to walk down multiple corridors and up stairs with our bags to our room. Super inconvenient and a bit frustrating after a long day of traveling.

Dirty hallways.. seems like I bother the front desk when I got lost.. no help and hung up., try to explain the WiFi and internet was lost.. phone doesn’t work that way.. at night kids and adults were loud from 9:30 and still passed 1am!!

Overall, my stay was OK. Bed was reasonably comfortable and the bathroom was clean. However, all of the towels and linens were dingy (some with visible stains) and there was a bad smell when walking through the halls. The area seems a bit sketchy as well, so you have to check your surroundings a bit more than usual. It is across from Waffle House, which is nice. Did not meet my expectations for a La Quinta.
