The villa is located about 600 metres from the beach and 800 metres from the centre of Lido delle Nazioni. It is developed entirely on the ground floor.

The beaches are easily reached from the seafront and are ideal for children's fun with slides, swings, and swimming pools. For a wellness holiday, there is a modern spa facility that uses salso-bromo-iodine water, with massage centres and relaxation areas. For a plunge into the past, at Lido delle Nazioni you can visit the Capanno di Garibaldi (Garibaldi's hut) where the hero of two worlds landed fleeing with the dying Anita on 3 August 1849.
