"My family of 5 (3 kids, 2 adults) thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Concarneau at this property. The location is ideal. We enjoyed walking to the quick ferry to the walled part of the city. It was nice to be so close but to return to the quiet neighborhood that the home is in. The back of the living room opens up (triple doors) to the view of the harbor. Watching the boats come and go was very relaxing. The house had everything we needed (appliances and amenities) and is a short walk from a grocery...

La situation est exceptionnelle et permet de profiter facilement de tous les attraits du coin : Loctudy (et y prendre le bateau jusqu’aux Glenans), Lesconil (pour les crêpes de la boulangerie et l’apéro sur le port), Guilvinec pour la visite de la criée et de la cité de la pêche. "A superb, modern house with everything you could want - The veranda provides a fantastic view out to the sea and surrounding area. Effectively, the property is in Trevignon which has fantastic small beaches and some great restaurants, run by friendly and efficient staff - It could do with a shop and even a small boulangerie as whilst the drive into Tregunc for bread was worth it, it was a bit of a chore! "Spacious charming house in a perfect location. We just spent the month of July here with an ever-changing group of family and friends -- never more than eight but the house could easily sleep double that. Everything works. Plenty of hot water. A modern kitchen with as much equipment and dishware as you could possibly want. Knives that are sharp. Comfortable beds. Lights to read by at night. Thick walls so sounds don't travel. A small flower-filled garden for dining al fresco. Sea views galore....
