Not great location in terms of sleep quality- the trains sound like they are going to blast through the wall- I highly recommend packing ear plugs (or even better- the host could provide) Pack your own k cups, they have the machine but no coffee supplied. We did have difficulty with the cooling unit, but the property said they were going to have maintenance check on it- I would recommend checking……
