Every time i stay, the place is super clean and staff is very friendly. Overall five stars, the only issue I have is that most of the rooms show their age and they need some updating or less worn furniture.

The behavior of the staff was highly unprofessional. I was puzzled by their refusal to rent to local residents despite being a paying customer. Although they eventually allowed my client to stay, she was made to feel extremely uncomfortable. I have decided not to stay at this establishment in the future.

Although the room was good and the staff was pleasant, the pool being down for repairs was a big disappointment. The refund offer is appreciated, but generally not possible to find a room at time of check in.

Expedia provided outdated information. We drove for 11 hours and intentionally delayed check-in because Expedia stated it starts at 5 pm. However, upon arrival, we discovered check-in actually began at 3 pm, causing us to unnecessarily circle around for 2 hours. Furthermore, the hotel did not match the description provided on Expedia. A rating of 8.8 out of 10 is inaccurate; a maximum score of 3 out of 10 would be more appropriate. The pool was not operational, and the front desk staff did not handle the situation effectively, offering a refund and suggesting we find another hotel if we were not satisfied. This was unacceptable given that I had paid for a hotel with a working pool and clean accommodations. The breakfast, although included, was subpar as it consisted of only two sausages and scrambled eggs hidden behind a table, making it difficult to access. While I am willing to tip for good service, limiting access to a free breakfast and only providing minimal options is unacceptable. Overall, the hotel was poorly maintained, and I highly recommend avoiding both the hotel and Expedia for future bookings.
