“Extra clean, wonderful atmosphere, excellent food”

“This was the most beautiful property I stayed at in Ecuador. The accommodations were amazing and the staff was very helpful and welcoming.”

“Great place to stay! Safe area.”

“Everything was great except for the electronic key for the elevator which didn't work and the keypad at the door was fickle and very annoying. That's why it's only four stars”

“This is an excellent authentic Quito apartment. Offering plenty of space including kitchen it is well located for a stay in Quito. The rooms are clean and its charm really is its traditional feel. However what adds to the excellence is the attention to detail of the Moreno family - they are brilliant. Their aim is to ensure you have a brilliant stay and will do all they can to help this to happen - organise taxis, recommend restaurants, help you with trip planning - you ask and they will do all……

“Apartment has amazing views. Security not so nice to us but the host was great.”

“Nice apartment, Nice building, Nice area”

“Location, location and location.”

“The suite was really comfortable, clean, functiona, and overall had an excellent location!”

“Cleanliness, peaceful and convenient location. Customer service is deeply lacking. Due to that deficiency, I won’t stay there anymore.”
