“The place smelled great, was clean and updated, very tidy and had the minimal kitchen items we needed (plus coffee). It was a great location for us and our kids to walk to all the popular/common tourist locations. We didn't talk with the host hardly at all, as it wasn't needed. Everything was exactly as expected based on the booking pictures and info. The only time I reached out to jim he got back to me right away and was very helpful. Would definitely go back.”

“Most everything was good. I do recommend correcting the upward slope on the top of the step from the living area to the bedroom area. As you approach from the kitchen, the slight rise in the floor throws off your balance going down the step. Wrenched my back and legs when awkwardly hitting the lower level.”

“The photos of the rental were accurate and the cleanness was excellent. Off street parking space was good. The beds were comfortable and we had all of the necessary items for a comfortable stay. The owner was very attentive and checked regularly during our stay. They also made sure we were aware of any events happening in the area. Plenty of off street parking. The photos of the interior were accurate, location was good. The temperatures ranged 80-100 degrees during the our stay and the A/C……

“It’s a suite hotel - rooms were very spacious. It’s in a great location. Staff is welcoming and kind. It was exactly what we needed for a last minute trip to check on family.”

“Very comfortable bed. Cute cozy place!!”

“My wife and I stayed there for a few days for her birthday. It was so peaceful there. The host keeps the place very clean and includes many additional thoughtful items. The trail is a nice touch and worth exploring. It was super hot during our stay and the A/C kept us nice and cool.”

“I want to start the review by saying the hosts seem like really nice people I believe the issues for us come down to their cleaning crew. We didn't get a chance to speak with the host at length regarding these issues and I'm sure it we had they would have made accommodations for us. That said there were are number of areas of the house that looked like it had not been cleaned and maintained before our arrival. Bedding had stains on it, One of the Beds with stains seems like it was damaged by……

“Close proximity to our job site. Quiet neighborhood.”

“The listing photos are older and don’t do justice to the actual room. The updates they’ve made are beautiful and not only meet practical needs, but also create a calm, serene atmosphere. The bed was honestly the most comfortable one I’ve ever slept on!Outside, the full-size gas grill and grilling utensils were a great feature that we fully took advantage of during our stay. Because of the heat, we didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub. Communication with our host, Jacqi, was prompt, friendly,……
