The rooms are clean and the beds comfortable. The hotel might want to provide more of the toiletries available for use perhaps? We were only provided with a tube of shampoo and lotion - we were a family of 4. The lazy river facility opens at 11am, and it is the check out time. We were not able to make use of this the day before as it was raining hard. Perhaps opening it a bit early may let the guests who are checking out on the day enjoy it too apart from the pool facilities.

Rooms all close to the pool area. Nice to walk right out and the pool gate be there especially with kids. Huge baskets of 24 chicken strips and fries cheap to feed whole family other yummy options available pool side as well. Nice they just bring it right to your chair. Staff was nice and helpful in every way. Rooms were clean and stocked. Beds comfy. Would definitely stay again.

This was my family’s first time visiting the resort and we really enjoyed. Food was good, everything was within walking distance and the pools were nice. The staff was also very nice and attentive. We will definitely be returning.

I booked a 6 night stay recently for a dance competition. Checked in on Sunday and Monday we were hit by a huge storm causing the property to lose power. Communication from the staff was terrible. The event was canceled and the hotel asked us all to check out because power would take several days to restore. Since I prepaid (almost $3k), the hotel won’t refund me the 4 days I didn’t stay there. I find this ridiculous and unfair. This type of issue is why I don’t use Expedia more, not because of Expedia but complications as a result.

We had a great stay at this family-oriented resort. We especially enjoyed the pools and lazy river, as well as the breakfast buffet. The beds were very comfortable, and the hotel was clean. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend for a family getaway!

I don’t like I have to park my car so far away! It’s very long walk. All there Restaurants are so expensive! Had to drive in the woodlands to eat .Wish they ran Special for Hotel stay like 50 per off . Things are getting so expensive !

Pros: - staff named Noel who ensured that the splash pad was operational. This was very important for my son who is in the spectrum and was celebrating his 5th birthday. Thank you, Noel! - easy and quick check in / check out process - clean rooms - several and various food options Cons: - splash pad was non-operational and I had to check in with several staff members if it was going to be operational on that day and they all said yes so I highlighted to them that it was off. All of them said they were going to "call engineering". It was only rectified when Noel, the 4th staff who I spoke with truly bothered to call engineering - trash collection never happened despite several calls made to the front desk and concierge
