Good hotel behind Paulista street which is one of the main streets, shopping areas. Don't be discouraged by location upon arrival as it appears seedy, but you'll soon find out it's quite good. Hotel is getting old but rooms are good and comfortable.
Staff went above and beyond. Was there to take daughter to show her where she was born when we lived in Brazil 18 years ago. Was looking for mousse de marajua (sp?) and Raphael went out of his way to accommodate.
The hotel is in a good location. The restaurant is light and airy and an adequate buffet breakfast was provided. Five of us stayed for three nights and shared a two bedroom apartment. The bedrooms were centrally heated and clean. However, the bathroom was really very tiny and there was a bad smell ...
Good size suite - we got high and back one - noise all the time, construction around the hotel , running cars and buses, Bars and resturants allover the street.- 2 TV's , good breakfast sufficient - free Car Parking
Very clean and comfortable apart-hotel. Located not far from Paulista Ave. with many restaurants just around the corner at the parallel street. Room is kept very clean. We did not use the available kitchen, but it seemed functional. Wifi is good. It was difficult for us to find a good hotel for families ...
Awesome staff, very attentive to all my needs. Breakfast had a good variety of fruits, breads, pasteries and hot dishes. I would definitely stay here on future trips to São Paulo. Worth the price
The location is fantastic. Close to subway stations, malls, museums and excellente restaurants. Staff extremmely nice and clean and confortable room. Good continental breakfast.
Small rooms don't expect huge rooms and bedding! but location and price is perfect! I did not have any problem and i will stay there again..
Great location and breakfast buffet. Henrique at reception was very helpful professional. The rest of the front desk staff we encountered ranged from rude to apathetic and some did not speak English.
