“We checked in two days ago in the hotel, while checking in, we felt something is wrong with the rooms. The room only had three lambs and out of which only one was working the washroom Lights were not even working properly. The carpet was filthy and the curtain Blind were not even working. The room has smell it and the receptionist was rude as well. I won't recommend anybody to stay at this property as this is very unprofessional. If there would be a option to rate this place by 0 , I would have……

“Breakfast was good everything was delicious. Could have been hotter. The breakfast staff did an excellent job. Our room was never cleaned in the 5 days we were there. The reason we chose Residence Inn was for the hot tub and pool and both were out of commission for our entire stay. We enjoyed our suite it was so nice. The entire staff was very friendly. We enjoyed our stay.”

“We had a fantastic stay at the Comfort Inn in Frackville! Check-in was super easy, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and our room was clean and comfortable. But the bed deserves a special shout-out—it was by far the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept in, and a couple of others in our group agreed. Great job on the beds! The only negative during our stay was the local restaurant recommendation we received from the front desk. Unfortunately, it was an absolutely horrific dining……

“Low cost option for a one night stop on a road trip. The property is dated and the rooms are adequate. You get what you pay for, so this was ok for the money. Pro: Very pet friendly. Cons: It was a bit noisy, rooms aren’t insulated well. The breakfast is very limited and the coffee wasn’t good. A better option is the Dunkin across the street.”
