Coogee Independent Hotels & Suites

i always stay here when I come to Coogee. Perfect location, right near the beach and shops. Service very friendly and don't charge for parking.

Rooms were clean and big. Staffs were nice. But, the tap water was dirty (yellow colour), no house keeping (we needed to take out all the rubbish by ourselves.

Great hotel located on the beach, bistro next door and 5 minutes walk to lost of cafes.

We were greeted by an absolutely charming gentleman who made us feel very welcome (the resident pups are a gorgeous touch!) The location is perfect, and whilst the hotel itself is quite old, the rooms have a lovely boutique feel to them. A casual breakfast area is a nice touch to meet fellow travellers. Unfortunately the lady at reception in the morning was neither friendly nor helpful - if anything she was rather vague, but it is still on my preferred list for Sydney accommodation.
