Located at Kerambellec, just 1 km from the town center, the property features a private heated swimming pool with a water alarm, a spacious garden with furniture, and a terrace with barbecue—perfect for outdoor dining and play. The home is child-friendly and includes a children’s bed, and you’re welcome to bring one pet along. Bed linen is provided for your convenience. Inside, the house includes a fully equipped kitchen with a gas cooker, coffee machine, mini oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, tumble dryer, and washing machine. The living/dining room is cozy with a fireplace, TV, DVD player, and stereo unit. Sleeping arrangements include two double bedrooms and one with a bunk bed, spread across the main house and a guest house. There are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. The location is ideal for exploring southern Brittany. Quimper and Concarneau are 25 km away, while Trégunc’s 23 km of sandy beaches offer coastal charm. Horse riding is available just 1 km away, and tennis courts are 2 km from the property. The Rosporden TGV station is 10 km away, and Quimper airport is 25 km away.
