“The property has a modern touch. I loved the decor. The host was very nice and very accommodating. He always reached out to me and made sure that we were okay. If we needed anything, all we had to do was ask. The property is close to the beach and restaurants. The property is even close to a supermarket. I enjoyed my stay there. I will definitely book another stay there. ”

“THE APARTMENT WAS AT A VERY NICE RESORT. THE CLEANING FEE WAS NOT INCLUDED IN THE VRBO PRICE NOR WAS THE INFORMATION ABOUT BUYING THE ALL-INCLUSIVE PACKAGE WHICH WAS OPTIONAL. THE MANAGER OF THE VRBO RESPONDED FAST TO ALL TEXT AND CALLS. LAST NIGHT OF THE STAY AIR CONDITIONER WAS BROKEN THE ENTIRE DAY BUT IT GOT REPAIRED. IT WAS UNCOMFORTABLE. OTHER THAN THAT EXCELLENT QUICK GETAWAY. I WAS PLEASED WITH THE CHOICE.”

“Our stay was great. I would give this property 10 stars!! Natoya and her family went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. Natoya reached out to me about a week before our stay, and she constantly communicated with me to make sure our needs were met during our stay. The villa was amazing, and is located in a gated community. It was more than enough to accommodate my family of five. We chose the all inclusive option which included meals, and the food was amazing. My kids are still talking……

“I liked the veranda the pool the safety the staff and the view. More towels, change of sheets, trash directions and better light in the bedroom and directions on how to access Chanels on the tv would make the experience even better. Thank you.”

“Cook and staff are fabulous. House is a bit more dated than pictures indicate, but well maintained and excellent location in a quiet bay. Local activities are worth checking out. Our group is quite seasoned in our travels, and our trip to Sun Kissed was over Super Bowl weekend. There were challenges with the house internet, but staff made accommodations to make sure we saw the game and were well fed. A great time was had by all in for our group of ten!”

“Celebrated my Mom's 70th birthday and it was perfect! The only thing I would suggest is adding to the posting that food is additional and not part of staff cost as well as suggested 15% gratuity based on price of rental so people know up front prior to booking.”

“The Villa is perfect for a group, we loved the private pool. We were able to book different things easily, the communication was fast and they provided the things we requested such as a bbq and transfers. The only things we didn’t like was the noise outside from construction to the main house and the kitchen did not have a coffee maker that was functional. Overall I definitely recommend this place.”

“David is a delightful host! Come here for an authentic and relaxing stay in Jamaica. We loved the room, it was plenty of space for 1 adult and 2 teens. We enjoyed the gorgeous sunset from the balcony, relaxing by the pool, and the easy access to some isolated and heavenly beaches.”
