Unit Layout
The La Rocchetta 1915 is a 6-room cottage spanning 130 square meters across two levels. It underwent renovations in 2021, and now boasts a very comfortable and tasteful furnishing. The ground floor features a living room with an exit to the garden, a living/dining room with a TV and an exit to the garden, and a large kitchen-/living room equipped with a dishwasher, four gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, and a microwave, also with an exit to the garden. The upper floor comprises a double bedroom with an exit to a balcony, another double bedroom with an exit to a terrace, and a room with a single bed. There are two shower rooms, each with a bidet and a toilet.

Amenities Included
The La Rocchetta 1915 cottage offers various amenities to ensure a comfortable and convenient vacation experience. It features heating, available from October 1st to April 30th, and wooden floors and parquet floors throughout. The outdoor areas include a small balcony, a large 40-square-meter terrace, and another spacious 25-square-meter terrace, all furnished with terrace furniture to accommodate up to five guests. Additionally, the property allows one pet or dog, and a baby cot is available upon request.
