As this is our first rental season we have set some very attractive rates for you to take advantage of. We generally rent Saturday to Saturday especially during high season, but do ask as we can sometimes be flexible. This gorgeous 170sq m house nestles in peaceful terraced woodland just a 5 minute car journey from the vibrant village centre of Cotignac. It offers privacy to those wishing to escape to a calming natural environment, but is within easy reach of all the amenities and restaurants that beautiful Cotignac has to offer. Recently renovated and totally refurnished by an interior designer focusing on natural tones with a modern twist on classic French furniture, this property offers comfort, style and plenty of living space for up to 8 guests who are looking for somewhere special to relax during their vacation. Tucked away in 8,000 sq mtrs / two acres of olive, oak, and pine trees, you'll discover this gem of a property at the top of a 120 metre private driveway, where you'll find the house surrounded by terraces overlooking olive groves and a lovely vineyard. You can hear the gentle peel of the bells from the Sanctuary of Notre Dame de Graces as you relax by the swimming pool or you can follow the natural stone steps and paths that connect the gentle terraces, and find yourself quickly losing sight of the house as you explore the terraced woodland, with hammocks, a small cave, and an old cabannon in the grounds. There's a large salon with traditional Provencal fireplace and a large selection of board games, with Fibre internet connection and WIFI All the rooms are on one level, apart from a spiral staircase leading to a mezzanine gallery for use as a study or office area or for quiet reading and reflection above the main salon Family cloakroom toilet fitted with a basin for guest use. Fully equipped kitchen, with cool granite worktops, integrated sink, a fan assisted oven, microwave, gas hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, undercounter fitted fridge freezer, further tall American style fridge freezer, large dining table for up to 8 people. Separate utility room with sink, washing machine and tumble drier Spacious, peaceful and charming conservatory at the rear of the property. Very large double aspect master bedroom with Super king-size Bed, boasting an exquisite ensuite bathroom fitted with a freestanding bath, spacious shower, double basins, and loo. Doors open onto the upper terrace with the mulberry tree. King-size double bedroom with double aspect, one door opening onto pool terrace, this room has an ensuite fitted with a basin and shower. 2 further double bedrooms, which share a large shower room, and a separate toilet. New swimming pool overlooking woodland, a vineyard, and the beautiful hills in the distance. Electric Bar-B-Q in outside kitchen area fitted with a sink, and electrical point. Lots of outdoor games, including a full size table tennis table. Bouledrome to be installed next season on the lower terrace. Room on the driveway for 3 or 4 cars.
