“We booked a one bedroom suite with a sofa bed for 4 guests. Yet the room assigned was literally next to the cemetery with views of tombs and you could clearly see the names. We asked to move as our children were rather startled. The staff was helpful and moved us into two rooms as all one bedroom suite was full. Cleaniness needs to be improved. Room is spacious in French hotel room standards. Staff were all helpful and friendly. ”

“This was a great hotel in terms of value for money! The whole experience was really smooth for us. From the ease of check-in to the friendliness of the staff working at the attached restaurant for any questions we had. We also asked for an accessible room, and the hotel kindly arranged this for us at the last minute. The room itself was beautiful, spacious, decorated perfectly, and everything felt clean and modern. “Very convenient location to walk to different places. Check in was very smooth even staff wasnt present. The apartment was very clean and well equipped with cooking utensils. Although cleaning could only be arranged if you stay more than 6 nights, trash was cleared every day. And the cleaning provided for staying over 6 nights was great too. The only hiccup for our room was that water spilt out from the toilet bowl after flushing. Staff was informed and they gave us swift response and we were……

“羅浮宮、地鐵站、商圈步行可達，週邊環境佳、安全性可。無固定清潔需額外付費！ 住宿期間，晚間突發性停電導致不少房客無法入房（電子房卡），房務人員處理緩慢（我們於黑暗的大廳等待超過5hrs，才前來處理），雖用備用鑰匙打開房門，但房客依舊「抹黑住宿」，無任何其他處理及慰問、直到天亮才回覆供電。 希望後續針對緊急情況有好的處置。”

“I wanted to give this a 5 start rating, but unfortunately just can't. It's in such a wonderful location, with public transit accessible to go in any direction a tourist would want. The space inside was lovely despite a slight chunk of paint missing from the wall(doesn't bother me). Something i didn't see in any review was the mentioning of this apartments extremely musty smell. Because the bathroom is so small and without ventilation, it all leaks into the apartment and sticks around, even with……
