“Clean room, the room was lovely. I enjoyed my stay. I live in Coventry, but I just came to visit the guesthouse for fun. Just felt like changing my environment for one day visit.Thank you.”

“DO NOT STAY HERE. I had booked this property a week in advance and on the day i was told there was no room for me as they did not block out the bookings when they were fully booked. They claimed they had sent a message on the portal “hours in advance” However, prior to my arrival there was no message or attempt to contact myself to let me know that the property was already booked up. Thos is quite dangerous considering i am a young female travelling to a coty i do not know in the dark. I am yet……

“Make sure that your booking hasn't been cancelled by a disgruntled staff member before you arrive. The room was nice and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was ok, it was greasy and I didn't dare try the egg because it looked only just cooked yet the yolk was hard. The other items were nice.”

“We are happy to stay at a quiet, welcome hotel. Feel comfortable Not just Only the big comfortable bed, perfect location, fresh and yummy food, but also the warm & helpful staffs and the express checkin checkout. Its perfect if provide the conditioner and body lotion at the cold and dry weather. We enjoy the time and will stay again. ”

“Excellent value for money. Communication and access was easy - remember to message for code to lockbox. Parking was great with loads of secure space out the back. This place has been recently done up with a nice finish. Everything was really clean including bathroom, bed and kitchenette (except the grey thing on top of the bed had some stains). Bed was really comfy and fresh. Location wise it was perfect for what i needed as it was close to the arena and near a lot of shops. Only downside……

“Room was clean and nicely presented. There is significant building work taking place so restaurant not open (which they did pre-warn me about,), and skeleton staff. However, the staff were super helpful and friendly. Everything closes at 8pm ( bar, front gates etc) so not a place to stay if you are looking to relax of an evening outside of your room. ”

“The evening meal available consisted of a vegetarian or meat three course meal presented as a buffet.I thought the quality and value for money was excellent.Staff in the restaurant were very helpful and attentive as were all other staff in the hotel. I enjoyed my stay whilst attending a conference nearby.”

“It was good as it had free car park. Bad things had no WiFi available or own mobile data wasn’t working. The bed was shaking and keeps moving . Was in the middle of nowhere! Had no breakfast service either . No tv”

“For the £ very pleased, it’s a beautiful old building but with that high maintenance, and building looks tired in places. But clean, staff friendly, free accessible parking was kindly given an upgrade as booked wrong room, very quiet. I would use again as a quick overnight stay around work.”

“The premise is not well maintained. It has a bar which is used by local residents who come there with pets which disturb visitors. No breakfast, no restaurant.”

“It was an okay stay. Location was convenient and I liked the idea of pub+hotel - easy for dining and drinking isn't it? However, the hotel rooms honestly need a bit of refurbishing and improvement on cleaniness. Shower faciltiies were a bit old and didn't function quite properly and stains were everywhere to be seen. But other than that price is okay.”

“The facilities of the bathroom is worse! The water pressure is very low and after taking a bath, the whole bathroom get wet .”

“Where do I start, staff helpful, rooms filthy (carpet stained, cobwebs everywhere, curtain hanging off rails) like an American motel that needs knocking down and rebuilding. Very strange rooms where there are two doors to get into the room totally pointless. This could be made really nice but needs a lot of money spent on it”
