This quaint cottage is perfect for a family holiday getaway! Polished floor boards throughout, 3 bedrooms, kitchen with dishwasher and light filled lounge area has reverse cycle air conditioner. FREE WIFI Will allow outside dogs only, (the back deck is suitable for dog bed), we request a bond of $200, which is returned once the property has been checked for digging/scratches/poop/hair/damage etc. Driveway is suitable for boat parking. The boat ramp in Anderson Road is just around the corner. Covered back deck with BBQ. (Garage is not available). Sleeps 8 guests in total. 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and separate toilet. Bedroom1 - 1 x Queen bed Bedroom 2 - 1 x Queen bed Bedroom 3 - 2 sets of bunks, (top bunks suitable for children only) Portacot and high chair available. LINEN SUPPLIED & BEDS MADE UP EXTRA CHARGE - $75 (UPON REQUEST) Doonas with covers and pillows are supplied, YOU can bring your own LINEN, (top/bottom sheets, towels, bath mats and pillow cases). This property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. The back porch and bbq were a great place to relax in the sun. It’s only a short 10min walk down a tree lined dirt track to beach and a short drive or longer walk to town. The house was ready with tea coffee milk etc and was well setup. The house is older (as shown in the photos) but is great.
