“While the assigned room was without AC, only one fan was provided. We requested an additional fan and was promised one. We never got it until the last night. Unfortunately the additional fan did not work. The windows couldn’t open so the air quality was horrible. Additionally, housekeeping was not available for our three day stay. “Overall hotel room is okay but not too happy to assign to floor 0 as I found bugs inside the room from time to time. “There is no obvious signage for drivers to this hotel. The corridors in the hotel are narrowed and it's difficult for 2 people with luggages to walk through.
