“First off, the floors in my room were extremely slippery. It felt like there was some sort of residue left behind—hopefully from a cleaning product—but it seemed more like whatever was on the floor had simply been spread around rather than properly cleaned. To make matters worse, there was a strong septic/sewer odor coming from the bathroom. After investigating, I discovered the sink did not have a proper P-trap installed. Instead, a pool filter hose had been clamped between the sink drain and……

“Staff was friendly and helpful. That was the only positive. The hotel looks abandoned and like it is going to close at any moment. It is not maintained whatsoever, the inside and outside. Elevator broken, door to pool broken, door to outside lock was actually removed, outside not maintained at all, trash everywhere. Room was disgusting. Nothing had been vacuumed in what appeared to be a month. Pictures on any website must be from years ago. I’m embarrassed I spent my money and had my family……

“The room was decent and the staffs during the morning shift were helpful and very caring for my family needs. The breakfast was delicious and we were satisfied before going out in adventure. During the afternoon/evening trip back to the hotel, the staff working there and wasn’t too helpful with my needs as my parents wanted some information. Later on, he decided to make it right but overall, our experience wasn’t really satisfying. Everything else and the staffs in the morning shift was able to……
