“A lovely chalet style hotel tucked up in the mountains near lake ledro. Not all of the staff speak English but it was easy to check in and find out all of our amenities. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast had good options. The only negative was that the towels were threadbare but this is to be expected at the end of the season. We would definitely stay here again ”

“OK, this is highly biased, but we love this place and the couple who operate it; we returned this year after staying here in 2018. It was like coming home. There's a real personal touch and relationship with Rudy and Taziana that make your stay special. The rooms are great, and the food is amazing. You are away from tourism in Roncone and in real Italy. Not the easiest place to get to, but well worth it! This is the place to stay!”

“Everything about Chalet Chapeau R. a R. was wonderful. Both Marco and Stefano were great hosts and very welcoming. The room was very clean and the spa was amazing! We had fabulous breakfasts both days and the pasta Stefano cooked was delicious. The place was very relaxing and a perfect place to explore different hiking trails.”

“Eccellente struttura, abbiamo passato 2 giorni splendidi .

“Camera pulita, bagno personale, ambiente accogliente”

“Location was perfect, in the heart of the Old Town and 2 minute walk to the waterfront. The staff were friendly and helpful, always greeting us with a friendly smile, no matter how busy they were. We had room service everyday. The breakfast was amazing, with a wide range of food to select. An absolute highlight of our morning. The room was quite small, but enough space for suitcases and backpacks. I would highly recommend this hotel for any couples going to Riva del Garda.”

“Best thing was the views! And location was close to the town. We had s good time”

“Struttura molto curata, ottimo il ristorante. Ideale per visitare la valle. Facile il parcheggio.”

“We had a wonderful stay overall! The hotel and gardens are immaculate and beautifully maintained, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing—everything from cooked-to-order omelettes, bacon, and eggs to fresh fruit, yogurt, pastries, and fresh juices in a lovely, fresh setting. The spa facilities (indoor pool, sauna, massages) looked top-notch. Location is ideal, just steps from Riva del Garda's old town. My only critique is that the rooms felt small and quite……
