“Location is good and requires 10-15 mins walk from the port and bus station. There are restaurants and supermarket nearby. Staff are friendly and polite. Room is not big but it is very well furnished and clean. Balcony is great and beautiful. Buffet breakfast is great too. Recommended to stay in this hotel in Parikia.”

“I had an ocean view but didnt look like the pictures with the chairs and the nice view.”

“Great location, very clean and nice room, and friendly staff! Steps away from restaurants, Main Street and bus stop.”

“Probably the best staff I’ve had at a hotel accommodation. Nice and always at your service. Truly a great team.”

“The staff are very nice and helped with luggage. Wonderful breakfast. Wonderful view of the sunrise and sunset on the rooftop with hot tubs. Will definitely come again. 💕”

“Lovely room, and really close to port. Walkable distance from tavernas and the beach. It had a beautiful terrace up top with nice views! We wanted a place to the port and Chora so location was perfect! The staff was super friendly! And breakfast had lots of tasty options.”

“Our room was clean and cozy. The staff was all super friendly and welcoming. Love that it’s a family owned hotel. The breakfast was delicious. Super fresh every morning. We would look forward to waking up to eat the breakfast. There was parking available which is always a plus. Would definitely recommend staying here. If I ever come back to Naxos I will be staying with Grotta hotel.”

“Obviously, it's an expensive housing. In return, we have high expectations. Unfortunately, there was no hot water and there was loud noise of machine in the suite. The service staff responded quickly, but this should not happen and happen hardly even in regular hotels. There was no any compensation at all. We should also have had bottled waters per person at least as many days as our stays, but we just got one or two, and were charged for additional ones.”

“We’d spent 2 nights in this hotel during the Easter holiday. The location of the hotel is superb because it just takes 2 minutes’ walk to reach Fabrika, the city centre’s bus terminal. As it was just the beginning of the peak travel season, the room rate was reasonable. There is a great variety of rooms for customers to choose from. We’d reserved one deluxe double room but had mistakenly chosen one without a sea view. Upon our arrival, thanks to the staff, Marinda’s assistance, we were able to……

“Our Host Timmie and restaurant's lady Crina are very helpful, friendly and professional. They gave us many idea for our trip and we have wonderful stay here. The room is amazing with nice view. Must recommend to other to stay here. ”

“The property is literally a 3-4 minute walk off the ferry walkable to all the main port shops and restaurants and to car rental agencies if you want to explore further and 3-4 minute walk to the bus station for buses to the beach and 5 minute walk to base of portera. If you have never been to Naxos and want somewhere easy to get your bearings this is the most convenient place”
