"Staff advised on the morning early check-in wasn't available but would call once room ready ... later on arrival informed by different staff a room was free all morning but forgot to contact us. Selected ibis Hobart (3 nights) specifically for heated pool & sauna facilities ... sadly pool temp was barely warmer than tap water and both saunas not fully operational awaiting parts for the heaters to work to capacity. Vomit remains on pavement near driveway exit not cleaned until by rain 2 days later ... NOT RECOMMENDED"
